MDI set up regular classes working with dance artists using different dance and movement styles including Contemporary, Streetdance and African and Caribbean dance. MDI also set up projects at Aintree Hospital, Alder Hey Hospital and with the Breathe Easy Liverpool North Group in Aintree.  MDI also worked with Princes Park Surgery, Vauxhall Health Centre and a number of other community venues offering regular one to one 'Breathe Clinics' where patients self referred or were referred by their GP to attend and learn breathing and movement techniques to help them relax and better manage their own breathing.

Sense of Sound set up regular classes accross the city throughout the breathe project. The classses involved working with vocal practicioners and working together as a group using singing to improve breathing and wellbeing. Sense of Sound creates and produces amazing ways to celebrate singing

First Take makes films that make a difference.  A lot of the films we produce concentrate on improving, raising awareness of and/or promoting health and well-being. The Breathe Project has been amazing for First Take as it’s enabled us to create not only this website but all the film content for it: documenting the classes, interviewing the participants, filming the advice from the asthma activists and clinicians and the artists as they go through the exercises.  We hope you enjoy watching and joining in as much as we’ve enjoyed making it.

Additionally the partners worked with the following organisations throughout the project in 2012-13: Africa Oye, Aintree Hospital Trust, Alder Hey Children's Hospital, BBC Radio Merseyside, Breathe Easy Liverpool North, Brouhaha, Granby Sure Start, John Moores University, Movement Angol, PSS, Royal Liverpool Hospital, Sahir House, Tate Liverpool, The Alzhimer's Society, The Bluecoat, The Florence Institute, The Rotunda, Voice of Nations, Wavertree Festival of Health and Activity
